De retour cette année, La Cité Francophone accueille 2 lieux satellites du Fringe! Les stations au Théâtre de la Cité Francophone et à L’Auditorium de La Cité vous présenteront comme toujours le meilleur de ce que le Fringe Theatre Festival 2019 peut vous offrir!
De façon parallèle au festival, nous sommes heureux d'annoncer- le Festival de musique- une série de concerts en soirée - qui présentera des artistes de renommée locale et internationale. Les soirées seront composées de deux présentation de groupe de musique différents ( à 6h30-7h15, et 7h30-9h30 ) qui alterneront des artistes solo au groupes Duo / Trio.

La Cité Francophone is hosting 2 Fringe Venues again this year! The theatre and the auditorium at la Cité will be replete with the best the 2019 Fringe has to offer. We are pleased to announce our Music Festival – a series of evening concerts – that will present local and internationally recognized artists. The evenings will consist of two sets of music (6:30-7:15 pm, and 7:30-9:30 pm) that will alternate between solo artists and Duo/Trio groups.

Pascal Lecours et les mauvais caractères
Pascal Lecours et les Mauvais Caractères est un groupe hommage aux Colocs. Chanteur, batteur, guitariste, Pascal est bien établi sur la scène musicale francophone. Son hommage aux chansons du groupe coloc empreintes d'hunamité et de conscience sociale.
Pascal Lecours is a native of Aylmer, Quebec, but has called Edmonton home for more than a decade. Singer, Drummer, Guitarist, Pascal is well established on the Francophone music scene. His tribute to the Coloc band songs are coloured with humanity, simplicity and social conscience.

Elle vient de terminer un été chargé de festival de jazz au cours desquels son trio s'est produit d'un océan à l'autre!
Audrey Ochoa is one of Edmonton's most prolific trombone players, playing jazz, Rock, Pop, Latin, Punk, Ska and whatever other genre will have her. She has just finished up a busy summer of Jazz Festivals that saw her trio performing from coast to coast.
