On October 10, 2024, Chef Joseph’s dish — a braised beef with black garlic and Chinese miso, wrapped in crispy potato threads — was voted the crowd favorite by the 550 guests passionate about food and music attending the event. We’re proud of Chef Joseph and the entire CAFÉ bicyclette team!
